Lyn M: Sit to stand exercises
From Newcastle Aquatic Physiotherapy: 1) sit-to-stand chair with no armrests, 2) sit-to-stand orthopaedic armchair. During the video, we prompted Lyn to place both feet firmly on the ground (especially her left foot) as she tends to tuck it under or tries to perform it without placing her left foot onto the floor.
