Planning and coordination
It’s important for you to know about the variety of options and services that may suit you and your future . Our support coordinators understand brain injury and can assist you to find providers to best fit your choices and needs.
Sport, recreation and creativity
Our focus on sports and recreational activities, and being creative are about being part of the community. Activities are geared towards the needs of all abilities. If variety is the spice of life, why not join us and try new things?
Family, friendships and community
We help to reconnect people to others or things that are important to them, and we help people find new passions. Our social activities are a stepping stone to rebuild skills and find others who share same or similar interests.
Community awareness education
Our CET is a key part of our commitment to people living with a brain injury while remaining heartily committed to prevention. Our participants receive training and support to deliver this innovative and creative project.
Everyday life and independence
We provide individually tailored 1:1 supports to meet the unique needs of an individual with preferences in life. We can provide anything from a few hours per week to 24/7 supports and looks different for everyone.
