How We Hire 

If you see a job you want to apply for please target the application to that role and ensure you address the essential selection criteria through your cover letter and resume. All roles at Headstart require proof of:
• First aid certificate
• Current National Disability Insurance Scheme Worker Check NDISWC (or be willing to obtain)
• Working with children check
• Completion certificate for the NDIS Worker Orientation Module ‘Quality, Safety and You’ (The module takes appx 90 minutes. You can save, exit and return to the module at any time. Once completed, you will receive a certificate of completion).

Applications that do not include these essentials (or proof of application for them) will not progress further.

Our talent acquisition process will differ depending on the role we are recruiting for. As a minimum you will attend an interview either in person or via video conference.
